The inspiration for The Olive Orchard came from the rich, Greek culture of savoring and sharing food. Fresh, local ingredients are prepared simply, and always enhanced with extra virgin olive oil. Our desire to bring this experience to family and friends led us to the relationship with our first grower, and formed the basis of our Orchard to Table philosophy.
From Orchard to Table
Orchard to Table olive oils are fresh, of the highest quality and always extra virgin. Using Orchard to Table as our guide, we carefully select a handful of growers from around the world. Building on the initial idea of bringing authentic Greek olive oil to America, we’ve added award-winning olive oils from Italy, Chile, Turkey and South Africa. Unlike those from large corporate blenders, our olive oils reflect the unique passion of each grower. We proudly tell their stories, giving you a taste of the exceptional artistry inside each bottle. Our Promise
- Our olive oils are 100% extra virgin, produced under the stringent rule of less than 0.8% acidity.
- Our olive oils are single origin. We publish the grower, the region and the olive variety.
- Our olive oils are first cold pressed.
- Our olive oils are produced from only the fruit of the olive tree.

Jeff and Julie Boothman
As our CEO, Chief Everything Officer, Jeff Boothman applies his broad array of business experience to comb the earth for new growers and work his logistical magic to bring it to America. Jeff leads The Olive Orchard’s import department and maintains excellent relationships with our growers. One of his culinary pleasures is topping homemade ice cream with our Orange Olive Oil. He also makes a mean olive salsa! |

Michele Mooney
As our Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Michele Mooney is responsible for growing the company’s sales through retail markets and special events. She is also instrumental in The Olive Orchard’s public relations and product development efforts. Michele’s professional experience includes marketing positions at Whole Foods Market and North Market. She also is a writer for Edible Columbus magazine.
